1. Product Specifications & Pricing
Maurice Appliances strives to maintain accurate technical specifications, wattage ratings, dimensions, and MRPs across all catalogues and digital pages. We reserve the right to modify technical designs and improve engineering specifications in compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) updates without prior notice.
2. Warranty Terms & Limitations
Product warranty is valid only upon presentation of an authorized tax invoice / retail bill from a verified Maurice dealer or partner. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic household usage. It does not cover damages resulting from unauthorized electrical alterations, external lightning surges, dry-heating of water heaters, or physical breakage.
3. Jurisdiction
Any commercial or legal disputes arising out of the purchase, warranty claims, or distribution contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India.
